Founded in 2020, Josh and his strategic partners acquired and manage over $17,000,000 AUM of real estate holdings throughout the Sunbelt. Josh is a recent graduate from Stony Brook University and a current Master's in Real Estate Development Candidate from New York University (NYU).
Josh has held positions in institutional debt and private equity roles, with a specialization in Multifamily real estate. Josh has experience in Multifamily Acquisitions, Asset Management, Dispositions, Investor Relations, Marketing, and Debt & Equity Underwriting.

Alex has spent his career managing portfolios of class-A retail and office assets located across the country from Honolulu, Hawaii to Los Angeles, California to Miami, Florida, and many other high street locations in between. His clients have included preeminent real estate leaders such as PNC Realty, Clarion Partners, Grosvenor USA, LivCor, Robertson Properties Group, Greystar, Atlas Capital Group, Harridge, and others.
Alex earned his MBA concentrating on Entrepreneurial Organizations from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and has been involved in the real estate industry for more than two decades. Alex continued his involvement at LMU by providing supplemental teaching instruction for the executive MBA program several years after graduating.
Alex has served as Public Safety Commissioner and Transportation Commissioner for the City of West Hollywood. In 2016, Alex served as Chief Financial Officer of the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce until 2021 then moved to the Treasurer of the West Hollywood Chamber's Philanthropic Foundation and has served as a Board Director of the West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation since 2015.

Sam Suzuki is the CEO/Founder of Sperry RE Capital LLC, an affiliate of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, a capital market advisory firm focusing on ground-up construction finance. Mr. Suzuki is also the CEO/Founder of Sire Group LLC, a Proptech company specializing in 3D construction print for multi-family real estate development. He has been in the real estate finance and development industry for over 39 years. Mr. Suzuki serves on the Board of Directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Manhattan Chapter, a Board of Directors for BoCG Ventures, and Board of Directors for Digital Builders Association. He is a Mentor for the ICSC Foundation for college students, a member of LAI the Land Economic Society, and a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI). Mr. Suzuki is a Doctoral candidate in Business Administration at Liberty University, majoring in real estate development in 3D Printing in 2023, and at Harvard University, majoring in Essential entrepreneurship in 2024. He holds an MS degree in finance from Liberty University and a BBA in finance from Pace University.
